Live Chat is a chat software that allows the users of a website or a private network to communicate with each other. The software includes:

Client application features:
(a) Multi-room public chat (default and user-created rooms, join/leave notifications).
(b) Private chat (avatars, offline messages, chat history, sound alerts).
(c) Audio: minimum bitrate 4kbits/sec, "speex" speach codec.
(d) Video: minimum bitrate 8kbits/sec, "theora" video codec.
(e) Skins: 10+ built-in skins with animation effects.
(f) Admin functionality: ban user, send message to online users, stop chat server.
Chat server features:
(a) Operating system: FreeBSD (recommended), Linux, or Windows.
(b) Hosting requirements: VDS/VPS or dedicated server (if you are unsure whether your hosting is suitable for this type of application, contact me before purchase).
(c) PHP admin panel: start/stop/configure/reset chat server, download backups.
